famigo のアカウントと関連データは、いつでも削除できます。
1. famigo にログインする
2. ホーム左上のプロフィールアイコンをタップ
3. プロフィール設定を開く
4. 「アカウントを削除」を選択し、確認する
削除されるデータ: アカウント情報(ニックネーム・電話番号/メール・プロフィール画像)、メッセージと添付ファイル、位置情報の履歴、友だち・家族のリンク。
サブスクリプションの解約は App Store / Google Play の定期購入設定から別途行ってください。
アプリにログインできない場合は、以下のフォームまたはメールで削除をリクエストしてください。ご本人確認のうえ、30日以内に削除します。

- メール: contact@byakugun.com(件名に「famigo アカウント削除」とご記入ください)
お子さまのアカウントは、リンクされた保護者の方からのリクエストでも削除できます。

You can delete your famigo account and its data at any time:
in-app — tap your profile icon → Profile settings → Delete account.
This removes your account info, messages and attachments, location history, and family/friend links. (Cancel subscriptions separately via App Store / Google Play.)
If you cannot access the app, request deletion via the contact form or email contact@byakugun.com with the subject "famigo account deletion".
We will verify your identity and delete the data within 30 days.
Guardians may also request deletion of a linked child account.
